Story is stitched intrinsically into the fabric of our psyche. Our minds are not linear, but narrative. Stories help us understand ourselves individually and collectively by putting us directly in touch with our deepest self and speaking to us in the language of soul. Meditating on these stories allows us to turn inward, make meaning and come home to our wild truth.

Myth then acts as an earthing rod to keep us grounded, yet remain in touch with the Great Mystery that surrounds us.
